Refund policy
We want you to love your Pokkie Park plush! If you're not completely satisfied, here's our policy:
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pokkiepark.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Note All orders are shipped from China. Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery after dispatch. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Governing Law This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
